Robertson Sewell is currently engaged by a leading U.K. Law Firm to recruit a Head of Business Development. My client is a National player within the Commercial Law arena and they are seeking a leading professional with strong experience within Professional Services sales to join in this client facing position. The role will be responsible for a team of Business Development Managers and will report directly to the Group Sales & Marketing Director.
We are looking to speak with professionals who have a demonstrable track record of personal sales development as well as team sales development. They will have previously managed a team of 4+ BDMs and implemented corporate growth strategy. Along with achieving sales targets, we are also seeking a professional who has grown market share as well as helped to penetrate entirely new sectors.
Development of sales proposition to take to pre-existing and new market sectors
Growth in both sales figures and company market share
Team building/development to maximise engagement with market
Creating market campaigns and reacting to changes within client market/legal sector
Management of budget for Business Development team
Analyse and evaluate potential new streams of revenue
